- Pecite patlidžane oko 30 minuta dok ne omekšaju.
- Kada su pečeni, izvadite ih iz pećnice i žlicom izdubite mekani dio.
- Patlidžan sitno nasjeckajte nožem dok ne dobijete pastu.
- Premjestite smjesu u zdjelicu i dodajte tahini, sol, mljeveni kumin, malo maslinovog ulja i svježi nasjeckani peršin.
- Po želji dodajte malo korice limuna za osvježavajuću notu.
- Sve dobro promiješajte.
