Recept: Zdrave Bounty čokoladice

Količina: 6 manjih čokoladica
Vrijeme pripreme: 10 minuta + 20–30 min hlađenja

Sastojci:

  • 1 šalica (američka mjera) ribanog kokosa/mrvica
  • 2 žlice tvrdog hladno prešanog kokosovog ulja
  • 2 žlice punomasnog kokosovog mlijeka (konzerva s najmanje 60% kokosa)
    • Ako je mlijeko stvrdnuto, lagano ga ugrij da se poveže.
  • 40 ml javorovog sirupa (ili drugog tekućeg zaslađivača po izboru)
  • Tamna čokolada ili veganska čokolada bez šećera (mi koristimo ovu).

Priprema:

  1. Sve sastojke stavi u sjeckalicu.
  2. Miješaj dok ne dobiješ kremastu, ljepljivu smjesu.
  3. Smjesu rasporedi u kalupe – djeca vole pomagati u ovom koraku, iako se malo lijepi.
  4. Stavi u zamrzivač 20–30 minuta da se stisne.
  5. Nakon hlađenja, uroni formirane Bounty pločice u otopljenu tamnu čokoladu ili drugu po izboru.
  6. Po želji – posluži i bez čokolade, super su i tako!
  7. Čuvaj u hladnjaku. Prije serviranja ostavi minutu–dvije da omekšaju.

Recipe: Healthy Bounty Bars

Makes: 6 small bars
Prep time: 10 minutes + 20–30 minutes chilling

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (US measure) shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp solid cold-pressed coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk (from a can with at least 60% coconut)
    • If the coconut milk has solidified, gently warm it so it blends easily.
  • 40 ml maple syrup (or another liquid sweetener of your choice)
  • Dark chocolate or vegan sugar-free chocolate (we use this one)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Mix until you get a creamy, sticky mixture.
  3. Spread the mixture into molds — kids love helping with this step, even though it’s a bit sticky.
  4. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. After chilling, dip the shaped Bounty bars into melted dark chocolate or any coating of your choice.
  6. If you prefer, you can also serve them without chocolate — they’re delicious that way too!
  7. Store in the fridge. Before serving, leave them out for a minute or two to soften.
