Sastojci:

Priprema:
- Izmiksajte ricottu, 1 žlicu maslinovog ulja i malo naribane korice limuna ili limete dok smjesa ne postane glatka i kremasta. (Mi koristimo štapni mikser s nastavkom za mućenje.)
- Narežite kruške i kratko ih popržite na tavi dok ne dobiju laganu boju. Za ovu pripremu koristimo kokosovo ulje.
- Sve složite na tanjur i dodajte nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja preko.
- Poslužite s domaćim pecivima ili zdravim kruhom – pogledajte naš omiljeni recept ovdje.
Dodatno za stariju djecu:
- Pokapaj s malo aceto creme (mi koristimo balzamičnu kremu od smokve),
- Dodaj očišćene pistacije i svježe listiće mente.

- Blend the ricotta, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a bit of lemon or lime zest until smooth and creamy. (We use a hand blender with a whisk attachment.)
- Slice the pears and lightly toast them in a pan until they start to get some color. We used coconut oil for this step.
- Arrange everything on a plate and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
