- 1 žličica mljevene bourbon vanilije
Priprema (gotovo za 15 minuta):
- Zgnječite banane u zdjeli vilicom.
- Dodajte jaja i ulje ili otopljeni maslac. Dobro promiješajte.
- U drugoj zdjeli pomiješajte suhe sastojke: bademovo (ili zobene pahuljice), pirovo brašno, cimet, bourbon vaniliju i prašak za pecivo.
- Postepeno dodajte suhe sastojke u mokru smjesu i miješajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Smjesa je gusta – tako treba biti.
- Prebacite u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje.
- Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici 40 minuta na 180°C (s ventilatorom).
- Provjerite čačkalicom je li sredina pečena.

- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour (or oats), spelt flour, cinnamon, bourbon vanilla, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until everything is well combined. The batter will be thick – that’s exactly how it should be.
- Transfer to a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (with fan) for 40 minutes.
