- Začini u prahu: po 1 žličica korijandera, kurkume, garam masale, kumina
- Malo chilija (po želji)
- Sol
Priprema curry piletine:
- Piletinu narežite na manje komade, pospite kurkumom i ostavite da kratko odstoji.
- U vruću tavu dodajte kokosovo ulje, prepržite piletinu sa svih strana pa je izvadite.
- U istu tavu ubacite cimet, lovor, kardamom i papar. Nakon 2 min dodajte luk i sol.
- Dodajte češnjak i đumbir, kratko pirjajte. Izvadite sve krupne začine.
- Ubacite rajčicu, sve začine u prahu i malo vode. Kuhajte 15 min pa izmiksajte štapnim mikserom.
- Vratite piletinu, dodajte kokosovo mlijeko i graham masalu. Kuhajte još 20 minuta na laganoj vatri.
Noklice od griza:
- 1 jaje
- 4 jušne žlice maslinovog ulja
- 8 ravnih žlica pirovog griza
Priprema noklica:
- Umutite jaje i ulje, dodajte griz.
- Pustite smjesu da odstoji 3–5 minuta.
- Kad voda zakipi, smanjite vatru i žličicom spuštajte noklice u lagano vrijeću vodu.
- Noklice su gotove kada isplivaju (2–3 minute).

- Add tomatoes, spice powders, and a bit of water. Simmer for 15 min and blend the mixture.
- Return chicken, pour in coconut milk and garam masala. Simmer for another 20 minutes.

- 8 level tablespoons spelt semolina
Preparation:
- Beat egg and oil, add semolina.
- Let sit for 3–5 minutes.
- Once water boils, reduce heat and gently drop in dumplings with a spoon.
